    Daniel,
    You're right -- our detail section is imperfect, and a few of our details exist only in pdf form, not in dwg form. My wish that we could improve our detail section (and correct these deficiencies) is just as fervent as yours -- probably more fervent. Alas, the Taunton budget does not allow my fervent wishes to be fulfilled, although I continue to lobby for help on these matters.

    I promised James Kennedy that I would fix the misdirecting links, and I did. I'm aware of the problem that some of the details are only available in pdf format, but I never promised Stephen Duck that we would fix them -- even though I wish I could.

    Thanks for your feedback and patience. Here are GBA, we need both.

    2013 promise for fix

    I read that the dwg will be repaired. That was 2013. Now it is 2017 and I try to click the dwg and get a pdf. Right? Right!

    DWG links pointing to PDF versions of files.

    With the exception of "Window Jamb with Furring", all of the DWG links are pointing to PDF versions of the files when I try to download them.

    The window head/sill with furring and the window sill with furring PDF files do not work.

    The in-betweenie details for windows are linked to the foundation details instead of window details. - PDF & DWG
